At Howard Park we appreciate that sometimes children are unwell. However, with medicine prescribed by a Doctor they can still be well enough to attend school. We are happy to administer this medication but we require parental permission to be able to do so. A form is available at our office that can be completed and signed. Alternatively you can complete the online form below before bringing the medication in to school. Please be aware that no medication will be given to your child unless written consent is completed.
